Filtration: How Clean is The Air That You Breathe?
You may not see it, but the air in most houses is loaded with very unhealthy stuff! Dust and dirt. Mold and mildew spores. Pet dander and dust mites. Smoke and pollution from inside and outside. Pollen, lint, bacteria and viruses. E-yuck!

Standard Filters: Most of this is very small, yet it can get in your lungs and cause colds, breathing problems and other sickness. For size comparison, a human hair is about 10 to 200 microns (a millionth of a meter; measured with a micrometer) in width. The average furnace filter can easily catch that. Same for pollen and lint and large plant spores. This stuff you can actually see.

Mechanical Filters: Fortunately, our high filtration mechanical cartridges get particles the standard filters miss. Things as small as .03 microns, like all the spores, all the pet dander, half the dust and bacteria and some of the cooking/tobacco smoke.
